Dacia London West were great because Sukdev (Simon) Dhillion, was totally professional, very knowledgeable , Very Helpful, Answered all my questions and was a Very Nice Guy and made my experience buying my new used car easy, Quick and perfect. thanks

Dacia London West staff were fabulous. This was the first time I have every bought a car through a dealership so was unsure what to expect. Parminder was professional yet friendly. He took my car history buying history into consideration and was not trying to push me towards something which wasn't appropriate for my needs and budget. He communicated all the options available to me in a clear way. I am super happy with my Stepway and would recommend this dealership.

The experience at Dacia London West was great because very helpful staff, great facilities and lots of information about what was being discussed.

The car itself was great, and on face value the sales people seemed friendly and transparent. However, I bought a Dacia approved car, the website stated that this came with perks, such as 1 year warranty on the car and lots of other things. The car sales person told me I only had a 3 month warranty and tried to sell me an additional warranty to top it up to 1 year for £399! I showed them the website and they sheepishly went to the back room to discuss and came back, silently didn’t acknowledge anything and then eventually said that was fine and they’d added it to the paperwork and ‘discounted’ the £399. After this point, the sales person seemed a lot less friendly and cold with me. Nothing else was mentioned about all the additional things a Dacia approved car comes with, but at this point I felt too uncomfortable to bring it up again. I then had to wait 45 minutes because of an error in an invoice, at which point they said I could leave and they’d email instead. The car had such low petrol I nearly broke down on the way home, the car I part exchanged had a half tank of petrol.
I wonder how many people they have conned out of £399 for a Dacia approved car extended warranty. Other than this, the car seems to run fine since buying.
